All digital products are delivered via email! All physical orders are packed in our Nashville studio by our small team. Orders placed after December 19, 2025, will not begin shipping until the week of January 5, 2026 due to our Holiday Break. The site will continue to be open for new orders.

Digital products will still be available for immediate download or delivery, and the Hope on Hand Snail Mail Club is shipping as scheduled. Preordered items are shipping based on the timeline outlined in the product description.
